Information you give us
When you submit the case review form, the information you enter — your name, email address, telephone number, the brokerage firm or advisor involved, the approximate size and timing of your losses, how you heard about the firm, and your description of what happened — is sent by email to the firm. It is used solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, and it is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.
By default, form submissions are transmitted by email and are not retained in this website’s database. If an email delivery failure occurs, a copy of the submission is retained on the site so that the inquiry is not lost, and it is removed once the matter has been handled.
Confidentiality and the attorney-client privilege
This is the most important part of this page. Submitting the form, sending email, or telephoning the firm does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is established only by a written engagement agreement signed by the firm. Information you send before that relationship exists may not be treated as confidential and may not be protected by the attorney-client privilege. Please keep your first message general, and do not send confidential documents until the firm has confirmed that it can represent you.
Information collected automatically
This site’s hosting provider records standard server log information, including IP addresses, for security and abuse-prevention purposes. Your IP address is also used briefly, in a temporary record, to limit repeated submissions of the case review form. This site uses analytics and search-optimisation services which may set cookies in your browser; you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
Retention
Inquiries received through this website are retained in the firm’s email records in accordance with its ordinary record-keeping practices and its professional obligations.

You may ask what information the firm holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, subject to any professional or legal obligation the firm has to retain it. Requests may be directed to the firm using the contact details on this website.
